Seongpil An

Seongpil An has been an assistant professor in SKKU Advanced Institute of Nanotechnology (SAINT), the Department of Nano Science and Technology, the Department of Nano Engineering, and the Department of Semiconductor Convergence Engineering at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), Republic of Korea, since 2020.

He received his BS and PhD degrees in the School of Mechanical Engineering from Korea University (Prof. Sam Yoon group), Republic of Korea, in 2012 and 2017, respectively.

He worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Illinois at Chicago (Prof. Alexander Yarin group), USA from 2017 to 2019. Seongpil An is the author of 108 research papers, 1 book, and 16 patents. His fields of expertise are electrohydrodynamic technologies, including electrospinning and electrostatic spray, multidisciplinary applications thereof, and semiconductor cleaning process.
